A commitment to peace.

First of all you must be aware that you are not at peace.
Secondly you must desire to be at peace.
Thirdly you must believe it is possible to be at peace.
And last of all you must make a commitment to peace.

 
As soon as you make a commitment to being at peace,
you have made the most important decision of your whole life.
And you will not fail in the task.
 
It is all about awareness.
Without awareness, there is no possibility of change.
As soon as you are aware, you are then able to change.
 
Think about any significant change in your life that you feel was your decision.

That will give you the confidence to understand that you are in charge.
It is upto you.

If you want to be at peace, you will be.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the energy of being aware and awake to the present moment. 
It is the continuous practice of touching life deeply in every moment of daily life. To be mindful is to be truly alive, present and at one with those around you and with what you are doing. We bring our body into harmony while we wash the dishes, drive the car or take our morning shower.
