If things are going wrong or don't feel right, it's because you are out of balance.

The trick is to be aware of how you are feeling, and to stop and shutdown.  Don't just keep blundering on.  Do as you do with a computer that crashes, switch it off for a couple of minutes and then reboot it.

However, I would suggest that you switch off for as long as you can before rebooting.
